Your brunch is prepared course by course over the flames using carefully selected ingredients. Between bites, there is time for silence, conversation, and the simple joy of slowing down.

A Lavvo is a traditional northern shelter long used by the indigenous Sámi. For generations, it offered warmth, protection, and a place to gather. Even today, the fire at its centre changes the atmosphere instantly. It creates a unique setting for an intimate Lapland brunch experience by the fire.
