1. Cancellation by the Guest

Plans can change. We try to keep things fair and flexible. Here’s how cancellations work:

• More than 14 days before the experience → free cancellation
• 3 to 14 days before → 25% fee
• 48 to 72 hours before → 50% fee
• Less than 48 hours before → 100% fee

2. No-show

If you do not attend the experience without notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Finnomenal

Finnomenal may cancel or reschedule an experience due to:

• extreme weather conditions
• safety concerns
• insufficient participants

In such cases, you will receive:

• a full refund
  or
• the option to reschedule

Whenever possible, we aim to find a solution together.
