2. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made via:

• direct enquiry
• booking platforms such as Bookeo or WeTravel
• OTAs like Getyourguide or Airbnb Experiences

 

Payment terms may vary depending on the service and will be communicated during booking.

3. Nature of Experiences

Finnomenal offers small-group, nature-based experiences in Lapland.

Please note:

• All activities take place outdoors
• Weather and natural conditions may vary
• Northern Lights and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed

4. Changes & Flexibility

For safety or quality reasons, Finnomenal reserves the right to:

• adjust routes or locations
• modify the schedule
• adapt the experience to weather conditions

 

Any changes will always aim to provide the best possible experience.

5. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• wearing suitable clothing for Arctic conditions
• following guide instructions
• informing us of relevant health conditions

 

Finnomenal is not responsible for issues arising from inadequate preparation.

6. Liability

Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks.

Finnomenal is not liable for:

• injuries caused by natural conditions
• loss or damage of personal belongings

 

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Third-party Services

Some services may involve third-party providers (e.g. accommodation, transportation, or activities).

These are subject to the terms of the respective provider.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
